The best way to take care of customers’ needs is to know who those customers are. This is especially true with millennials. They’re the generation setting the “new normal” and redefining the entire consumer experience. And yes, we’ve been paying attention. We always pay attention, which is why our Franchisees have what they need to meet these digitally savvy, on-the-go trendsetters where they work, shop, eat and live. And the millennials love it. They currently make up more than half of the 7-Eleven customer base.
