All new 7‑Eleven franchisees complete an in-depth orientation comprised of interactive classroom sessions, completed at the 7‑Eleven Store Support Center in Dallas. From there, self-paced in-store training and then ongoing support from a 7‑Eleven Business Consultant gets franchisees up and running.
For store employees, 7‑Eleven offers in-store training sessions as well as computer-based training modules that are interactive, trackable, and consistently updated to keep employees at the forefront of 7‑Eleven customer service standards.
