Your 7‑Eleven Journey

Franchising with 7‑Eleven means faster startup times, with first-class training and ongoing support. You’ll have access to a Franchise Sales Representative who will answer your questions and walk you through every step of the process.

If you’re looking to grow your business with a winner, we want you on our team. They’re not requirements, but if you have experience with any of the following, we’d love to talk to you.

  • Multi-unit Franchising
  • 5-10 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in convenience, retail or foodservice industries
  • Service in a branch of the U.S. military (not mandatory)

Step 1

Review your qualifications

To franchise with 7‑Eleven, you must:

  • Have U.S. citizenship (or permanent residency) and be at least 21 years old
  • Pass a comprehensive background check
  • Not have any other business interests that, in the opinion of 7‑Eleven, might jeopardize your opportunity to successfully implement the 7‑Eleven business concept

If everything looks good, an account executive will invite you to talk business.

Step 3

Assessments and meetings

You’ll have the opportunity to discuss your results with your account executive.

Pick your stores

This is an important step! The neighborhoods you select will be the communities you take care of.

We make you an offer

If you accept, the agreement is signed — and it’s official.

Step 6

Training begins

You’ll fly to the 7‑Eleven Store Support Center in Dallas, Texas, for our world-class LAUNCH training. 

Step 7

From the time you fill out your application to the date of your big Grand Opening, you’ll be surprised how fast you can open your store.
