#UnlockYourLegacy

The path of African-American entrepreneurship is one that has been paved exclusively through hard work, dedication and perseverance. The keys to success weren’t something handed down, but forged day in and day out by those who knew there was a better way. At 7‑Eleven, we are celebrating Black History Month by sharing the stories and successes of Franchisees who are opening doors to opportunities that will shape the future of their communities for generations. We hope these individuals will help inspire you to

#UnlockYourLegacy.

Charles & Theresa

Charles and Theresa began their multi-unit Franchising journey together 9 years ago following their retirement from the U.S. Army. As veterans, they knew that when it was time to take the next step into civilian careers, being able to use the skills they learned during their time as servicemembers would be extremely important to them. They also wanted to be able to give back to a community that was near and dear to their hearts – military families. 7‑Eleven provided them the opportunity to do both! As the years go by and their number of stores continues to grow, we are increasingly proud to call Charles and Theresa members of the 7‑Eleven Franchisee Family.

Kim Eboreime

Kim Eboreime stands as 7‑Eleven’s only African-American female Franchisee in the Austin-Round Rock area. As a Franchisee, Kim has always taken great pride in not only serving her customers, but also in building a sense of community within her store. This dedication recently made her the focus of multiple news stories during her five-year anniversary, as her Franchisee journey has served as an inspiration to both women in her community and across the country who aspire to take control of their futures and their success. We are so thankful that Kim has found her home in the 7‑Eleven Franchising family.

Reggie Noble

Reggie Noble’s Franchising journey started after his 20-year career in the U.S Navy. After his military retirement, Reggie began working as a 7‑Eleven store manager, where he spent 10 years learning the ins and outs of the convenience store industry before traveling back to his hometown of Kernersville, North Carolina to open his first 7‑Eleven location and serve the community where he grew up! Reggie notes the support of 7‑Eleven as a key to his Franchisee success and we are honored to be a part of his growth and his legacy.

How 7‑Eleven Helps Franchisees Grow

At 7‑Eleven Franchising, we understand the importance of diversity representation in entrepreneurship, which is why we provide options for applicants that are geared towards ensuring that Franchising is accessible. From the moment you become a 7‑Eleven Franchisee, we are fully committed to providing you with all the support you need to successfully run your store. From training programs where we teach you everything you need to know about being a Franchisee to assigning you your own personal field consultant, we invest in your success from day one.

Being a 7‑Eleven Franchisee is about more than just in-store customer service. We take great pride in the work our Franchisees do in their communities as well! Whether you’re taking part in 7‑Eleven’s Project A-Game, through which we work to provide youth development opportunities, or you want to sponsor events around your community, we encourage our Franchisees to use their stores to make an impact!
